Woodworking model made by Mr Vernon Marsh of Armadale State School, Third Road Armadale. Object made between the ages of 11 and 13. At the time, the school had the only manual arts facilities in the Southern Corridor. An example of Manual Arts projects conducted in the late 1920's in schools to develop hand skills for future use in employment.
