Overview

World War Two era Royal Canadian Air Force sterling silver sweetheart brooch.
It features detailed outspread pilot wings flanking a solid central wreath containing the letters 'RCAF', surmounted by a King's Crown.
The reverse has the word 'STERLING' impressed in the centre along with a maker's mark in a horizontal oval border.
It has a pin clasp with rotating swivel lock for attachment.
