A black and white postcard depicting a woman standing outdoors in front of a wall and wooden door, holding a boy in her arms. The woman is dressed in a dark floor-length outer garment with a full traditional face covering. The boy is dressed in a striped tunic with white leggings. He is barefoot and wears a fez on his head. The postcard has some damage to the corners and small marks at the bottom front. The front is printed with a description of the image, and the reverse is a pale green colour with proforma printing.
