2022.32.1 BOWL: WEMBLEY WARE, PINK

Pink glazed Wembley Ware cereal bowl with slightly curved sloping sides. There is the remains of a transfer which has a crown surmounting a shield which is divided into four with a swan in the upper left hand quarter. Below is a banner on which is the word 'SERVIO'. This is the crest and motto of the Royal Perth Hospital.

Base: The base has three firing stilt marks, a small adhered underglazed chip and '1-99' written in texta. There is a small glazed foot and a mark on the base of a crown above 'WEMBLEY QUALITY WARE' in a circle with a stylised 'B&W' within it.
