Overview

World War Two era Royal Air Force silver tone sweetheart brooch.
It features detailed outspread pilot wings flanking a voided central wreath containing the letters 'RAF', surmounted by a King's Crown.
It could be made from sterling silver, but there are no clear marks on it.
The reverse is plain and it has a pin clasp for attachment.
