Wests Baseball Club cap
This Wests Baseball Club cap is made of dark green woollen material and the peak and top button are covered in the same fabric. The letter 'W', made of grey felt material, is appliqued on the front of the crown.
Wests Baseball Club was formed in 1936. The club was renamed West Perth in 1955 and in 1976 was again renamed to the current West Stirling Baseball Club.

The history of this pre-1951 Wests baseball cap is unknown. It was loaned to the Baseball WA Museum & Archives by Warren Wood who has been involved with the Wests/West Perth/West Stirling club, both as a player and administrator, for nearly 40 years.
