Slip of Paper for Victory Medal Issued to Pte. William John BEER 1509

1922
Overview

A slip of coloured paper with proforma information typed in blue ink and handwritten information in black ink. The paper has uneven edges, especially at the bottom where it appears to have been torn across. The paper has been folded into four widthways and into two lengthways and the folds can clearly be seen. One-fold has split into a tear. The reverse of the document has black printing and the Australian Coat of Arms in the center. It appears to be an old leave application form that has been reused. One side of the reverse is darker than the other.
