TOOL, LACE PILLOW

Accepted as an original design travel lace making pillow. This was made by an EGWA member for travel. It presents as a fabric covered box which when opened by releasing a Velcro closure presents to become a 9 sided card bed with a cotton mat . There are two pockets for thread and bobbins. The central box holds a polystyrene cylinder covered with cotton fabric and wool felt. A bluing plasticising paper with a pricking pattern is present and is secured with pins.
