TOOL, WAX HOLDER
A beautifully and intricately carved wax holder dating from the late 19th Century. Carved in the shape of an egg from the outer shell of the coquilla nut from the Piassava palm. A highly decorative container for wax which might be found in a Victorian lady's work basket.
