SASHIKO, BAG
An attractive hand-made draw-string bag, with partial hand and partial machine embroidery in sashiko technique on different fabrics.
There are three strips of different fabrics on either side, one stitched, one Japanese printed letters and third a printed dot design.
The machine embroidered sashiko design (hemp/flax leaf) on one side, is boro style, using different patches ad hoc.
The hand-made kumihumo bronze cord is threaded through 10 gold metal clasps at the top of the bag with a brown wooden bead at each end..
