NEEDLE LACE, RUNNER
An exquisite table runner, hand embroidered with alternating squares of needlelace and lefkara techniques stitched in early 20th century in England.
The 66 squares consist of alternating needlelace 70 x 70mm in 5 different designs and lefkara embroidery on linen with 10 different designs. Around the perimeter is a needlelace lace edging 10mm wide.
