c. 1910A faded sepia photograph of a crowd of men, women and children standing in a hall with their skates on. The young boys are dressed in long trousers and jackets, the girls dressed in knee length dresses.

Details
On the left hand side of the photograph in black typed lettering is "H.C. BILTOFT,", then in the middle "IDEAL STUDIO. PARIS PANEL," and on the right hand side "KATANNING. W.A.".
On the back of the photograph handwritten in blue ink is "Skating Rink, Liric Theatre, Hugh Mouritz played there as a bandsman."
