Souvenir glass from the Adelaide Peace Exhibition, 1920 featuring an engraved Australian kookaburra sitting on a branch on one side and a personalised dedication, 'To Mother', on the other.
The glass is fine with a heavy base.

Historical information

The South Australian Chamber of Manufacturers decided to hold an All-Australian Industrial Exhibition in Adelaide from March 26 to May 22, 1920. It was the first exhibition held in Australia after the cessation of hostilities, and was consequently known as the Peace Exhibition.
It was held in the Jubilee Exhibition Centre,
