Souvenir glass condiment jug from the Adelaide Peace Exhibition, 1920 featuring an engraved inscription 'Peace Exhibition 1920' on one side, and a personalised dedication, 'A. Gregory', on the other. It has a fitted glass stopper to the top.

Historical information

The South Australian Chamber of Manufacturers decided to hold an All-Australian Industrial Exhibition in Adelaide from March 26 to May 22, 1920. It was the first exhibition held in Australia after the cessation of hostilities, and was consequently known as the Peace Exhibition.
It was held in the Jubilee Exhibition Centre,
Presumably, A. Gregory is either the owner or recipient for whom the jug was engraved.
