1948Front: The original colour image features four sportspeople who were citizens of Subiaco at the time of selection. These are (clockwise from left): Miss Shirley Strickland (dec) runner; Dr Charles Green (hurdler); Garrick Agnew (swimmer); John Winter (high jumper) and an image of the person in question in action (each approximately. 300 mm x 500mm). Written at the top of the general image: 'Australian Olympic Representatives Olympic Games England 1948. These representatives were citizens of the Subiaco Municipality at the time of selection.'
In the centre is a further photograph (250mm x 200mm) featuring the lighting of the Olympic flame. Written underneath: 'The Olympic flame marking the opening of the XIVth Olympiad of the modern series at Wembley Stadium 29th July, 1948'. Reverse: Sticker 'Gallery 360' and gold change.
