First World War Mothers and Widows Ribbon, black silk ribbon with machine embroidered gold wattle sprigs, the rising sun with “Australia Military Forces for Australia”, suspended between two white metal bars, top bar embossed with laurel leaves, stamped on back the number ‘22566’, and one raised gold star centered on the lower bar.
