There is a circular wraparound verandah with the words 'Regal Theatre' painted on the front. A neon sign with the word 'Regal' is erected on the front of the building above the verandah. Regal Open Air Garden on the other side of Rokeby Road. There is a line of parked cars next to the theatre in Rokeby Road and a zebra crossing over Hay Street in the foreground.
