The image shows a full front view of the Art Deco building, with its vertical 'REGAL' sign at the top of the building and 'Regal Theatre' sign along the cantilever awning with a crown above. Vehicles can be seen parked along the side of Hay Street and Rokeby Road on the left and right sides of the theatre, and there are powerlines hanging overhead above the road.
