Baseball player collector's card featuring Perth Heat team member Greg Jelks. A photograph of Jelks is on the front of the rectangular card with the Perth Heat and Australian Baseball League logos and the 'Strike Out Smoking' sponsor's slogan. On the back of the card are Jelk's statistics and a quote from him, as well as the 'Strike Out Smoking' slogan and Healthway logo.

Historical information

Gregory Dion Jelks (16 August 1961 – 6 January 2017) was an American Australian baseballer who played with the Philadelphia Phillies. He spent the majority of his career in the minor leagues, and was most notable playing with the Australian national baseball team and the Perth Heat in the Australian Baseball League.
