Baseball Australia Diamond Awards - Western Australian recipients - honour board
The Baseball Australia Diamond Awards - Western Australian recipients honour board is rectangular and is made of grained, brown timber with applied gold-coloured lettering. The Australian Baseball Federation and Baseball WA logos are displayed in the top left-hand and right-hand corners, respectively. The board incorporates Life Memberships (inaugurated 1957) and Diamond Awards (inaugurated 2005).
The Baseball Australia Diamond Awards are given annually by the Australian Baseball Federation, to honour persons who have excelled in playing, managing, or serving the sport of baseball. Also at each ceremony, the Baseball Australia Hall of Fame inducts new members.

This honour board commemorates a history and naming of those inspiring people who have achieved excellence in the sport of baseball in Western Australia.
This item had been in the possession of Baseball WA and was passed to the Baseball WA Museum & Archives.
The honour board publicly acknowledges the outstanding achievements of people involved in the sport of baseball in Western Australia. It records when and how they were involved, their affiliations, accomplishments and awards. Of historic as well as social significance, it preserves, exhibits and promotes Western Australian baseball history and heritage.
