This Baseball WA Life Membership Award honour board for the years 1947-1996 identifies recipients of the award from both senior and junior baseball leagues.The Board is rectangular and made of grained, brown timber with applied gold-coloured lettering. The logos of the West Australian Baseball League (Inc.) and Baseball WA are displayed in the top left-hand and right-hand corners of the board respectively.
