A Western Australian Baseball Umpires Association Achievements honour board (1972-73 to 1991-1992). It features Claxton Shield Umpires; Under 18; Under 15; Australian Representatives; Best Umpires 1978-79 to 1991-92.
The board is rectangular and is made of grained, brown timber with applied gold-coloured lettering.
The West Australian Baseball Umpires Association (WABUA) is a non-profit, incorporated association of umpires formed in 1936 to develop and further the interests of umpiring and baseball.
The day-to-day management of the WABUA is conducted by an Executive Committee which also includes the State Director of Umpiring who is appointed by Baseball WA.

This honour board commemorates a history and naming of those inspiring people who have encouraged and promoted the umpiring of baseball internationally, in Australia, and more specifically in Western Australia.
This item had been in the possession of Baseball WA and was passed to the Baseball WA Museum & Archives.
The honour board publicly acknowledges the outstanding achievements of people involved in the sport of baseball in Western Australia. It records when and how they were involved, their affiliations, accomplishments and awards. Of historic as well as social significance, it preserves, exhibits and promotes Western Australian baseball history and heritage.
