Historical information

Matthew Kennelly played for Australia in the 2006 World Junior Championship and was on the rosters for the 2009 Baseball World Cup and the 2013 World Baseball Classic. He played with the Australian Baseball League's Western Heelers team when they won the Claxton Shield in 2008. From 2010 he played with the Perth Heat and was part of the team that won four ABL Championships in six years (2010-11, 2011-12, 2013-14, 2014-15). In 2016 he was named Perth Heat's Manager for the 2016/17 ABL season.
