Four smaller photographs from a group of five. Three of the photographs have writing on the back identifying the location.

a) Rose Cottage, Toodyay (small photo) B & W photographic post card with oval image of a cottage, made up of two wings joined by a verandah. Corrugated iron roof, brick walls, verandah enclosed at top and bottom by decorative wood facias. Man visible leaning in verandah entrance. Tap at foreground on edge of lawn. Handwritten inscription on back 'Mum thinks Rose Cottage, Toodyay.'
b) Rose cottage home of Charlotte Donegan (nee Herbert). Sepia photograph of a brick cottage with verandah on a hill. A family group of five is at front leaning against a raised section of the verandah beside a set of stairs. Building identified on back of photo as 'Rose Cottage, 20 Clinton St, Toodyay.' Inscribed, 'near Gaol Museum, Home of Charlotte Donegan (nee Herbert).'
c) Large home with fancy front verandah: B & W photograph of large homestead with two wings, verandah, metal roof, tall grass in foreground, shrubs planted around building. Believed to be located in Toodyay District.
d) Hotel: Small B & W photograph of two storey building, probably a hotel at left there is another single storey building and at foreground there is an expanse of road. Hand written inscription on back 'Victoria Hotel, Toodyay.' [This identification appears to be incorrect due to the fewer number of veranda posts present in this photo compared to historic photographs of Toodyay's Victoria Hotel]
