TOOL: THREAD CUTTER
Double-handled metal mounting bracket enclosing a die nut (aperture with horizontal incisions or 'teeth' and almost circular holes arranged around it's perimeter). Two metal loops form the handles. Two nuts placed on either side can loosen or tighten the die nut. When a metal tube is placed in the aperture and the handles are turned, the die nut cuts a thread on the outside of the tube which is placed at the head of bicycle fork. 'Millennium', '31/32' and '30' are stamped on the die nut.
Item probably used by Charles Malmberg, a keen cyclist.
