House was on the south side of Gugeri Street. Photograph taken around 8.30am 1961-09-26 prior to demolition to make way for a shopping centre and carpark. Samuel William Smith (Owner) Awarded certificate for passing Royal Sanitary Institute's Examination in 1924. He was the Health Inspector for Claremont Council for 32 years. Samuel Smith lived at 14 Gugeri Street, Claremont.
