Belinda Mary Gugeri
c. 1930Belinda Gugeri wearing a long dark skirt and jacket unbuttoned at the top to reveal a high necked blouse, jabot secured with oval cameo brooch, and drop earrings. Her curled hair is piled on top of her head. She is seated in a Victorian armchair against a light coloured wall with heavy, dark curtains on one side and a shelf holding an ornate ornament on the other.
Belinda Mary Morris, second wife of PA Gugeri married on 27 October, 1890. Children were Barbara, Eileen Mary, Dorothy, Dominic Joseph Aloysuis, Leo Edward Divers, Vincent Louis, Deborah and Mary Lane. She was noted for her elegance of dress and bearing and was said to have modelled herself on Queen Mary.
