State Savings Bank Claremont
c. 1931Two-storeyed stone building. Over the entrance, which faces Bay View Terrace, is [STATE SAVINGS BANK] and above that a square panel with a swan. The front of the building has a decorative pediment. There are windows at the front and side at street level and, on the upper level manager's residence, windows and a balcony facing St Quentin's Avenue. Two figures and an object are visible on the balcony. On the roof, at the rear of the building, is a flag pole and a water tank.
