GENERAL MEETINGS 2020

One General Meeting was held in 2020.

The 2020 Annual General Meeting was postponed from March to June due to the government restrictions in place during the COVID 19 pandemic.

The proceedings of the Annual General Meeting conducted on 25th June included:

• Receipt of the reports from all the Board members
• The audited accounts for the past year were received. Mike Glasson asked a question regarding depreciation which was answered.
• The Board positions for President and Captain were elected unopposed and the position of Vice President was decided by an election. No nominations were received for Vice Captain, and this was declared vacant.
• Members of Management Committees appointments were completed with an election conducted to decide successful candidate for Course and others unopposed. No nominations were received for the House and Match Committees.
• A Special Resolution was considered to formalise the Trial Membership category. This was carried.
• In Other Business several questions and statements were presented by members with each being responded to by the President.
