Overview

This set of six black and white photographs dated 27th February 1969 show the original clubhouse in the process of being constructed. At this stage the roof trusses are in place with the building taking on a more complete look.

The photographs have been obtained from negatives that have been professionally scanned. The negatives were in an envelope suggesting that they may have been donated by, and perhaps also taken by, foundation member Elsie Maurice.

An earlier set of photographs of the clubhouse construction in early February 1969 appears in item 2021.74.

The file size of each of these high-definition photographs is between 16 and 20MB.
