POSTCARD: 'A HAPPY NEW YEAR', THE GRAHAM TARTAN

Overview

Vertical postcard in gree, black and white tartan which is labellled as 'THE GRAHAM / TARTAN' in the top left corner. There is a bunch of white and purple heather in the middle which a banner bellow which reads 'A HAPPY / NEW YEAR'. There is the Lion Rampant (the Royal Banner of Scotland) in the top right corner - a gold crest with a red lion facing left, surrounded by a deocrative red border. There is significant loss of the photo surface. The reverse has green text which reads 'This side may have a message written upon / it for Inland Postage, but the right hand side / must be reserved for address and stamp only.' on the top left corner. A green line seperates the card in half vertically. To the right of this reads 'POST CARD / The Address to be written / on this side.' On the left short edge reads 'B.B. LONDON & NEW YORK SERIES NO. N299 PRINTED IN GERMANY'.
