Overview

Vertical cream postcard with 'A HAPPY NEW YEAR' written along the top edge in multicoloured ombre text which is surrounded by decorative swirls. There are a bunch of different coloured flowers a handshake. The left arm is wearing a suit jacket and the right a white lace sleeve and a gold bracelet. There are two butterflies in the bakcground. A message along the bottom edge reads: 'Onl a word of greeting / Over the miles apart / Good health and Truest Pleasures / I wish you from my heart.' There is loss of the glossy photo surface, fold marks and stubbing at the corners.

The Reverse has a handwritten message in black cursive writing which reads: 'To Kenn, / Wishing him a happy new year / From Jack'
