PHOTOGRAPH: ROKEBY ROAD SCENE
c. 1970The view of Rokeby Road has been taken from the bottom of Rokeby Road looking up towards the south. It gives a good idea of the way the road goes uphill.
There are motor vehicles parked along the side of the road. There are several cars making their way along the road in both directions, including a bus No.11 destined for Victoria Park.
There is clear detail of the shop signs. There are a number of pedestrians and several people standing alongside their cars.
The pine trees of Subiaco Gardens can be seen in the background above the buildings.
