27 Heytesbury Road - home of Mr and Mrs Sefton.
A brick and iron home with bull-nosed verandah. The gable at the front features a thistle-type flower design in the corners. There is a bay window underneath with a decorative ledge. A contrasting white border runs around the house.
The verandah which wraps around on the right is supported by simple posts with borders.
There is a post and rail white fence and gate at the front.
Mr and Mrs Sefton have been interviewed on tape.
