29 Kershaw Street - Home of Mr and Mrs Allen.
This is a brick and iron roofed house. The border of the verandah features sticks of wood arranged vertically into an arched effect. It is half-enclosed with a fence. The white window frame that can be seen inside the verandah has a decorative ledge. The other windows are shaded by tiled awnings supported by carved brackets.
There are gables at the front and side of the house and the roof features a tiled border with curly 'viking' decoration.
Several large trees and shrubs are growing in the front garden.
This had been Mrs Allen's mother's home.
