75 Heytesbury Road, Subiaco owned and built by Mr David Kennedy in 1904.
A cement rendered iron roof small cottage with verandah partly closed in with a wall, and supported by plain posts. French doors can be seen on right and left of front door.
There is a white timber rail and cyclone fence at the front.
Demolished in March 2005.

Historical information

No 75 Heytesbury Road was owned and built by Mr David Kennedy in 1904. The Kennedy family took in boarders. His daughter Miss Kennedy lived in the house until about 1971. The house had been extensively renovated in the '30s being cement rendered and the addition of the French doors at the front. In 1976 there was a brick addition to the back of the property and extensive internal alterations. The house was demolished in March/April 2005.
