WWII US dexterity puzzle - The Bomber
c. 1940Handheld dexterity puzzle with grey metal sides, glass top and a colourful cardboard background featuring a 4-engined bomber with six slots to the rear of the wings, three on each side. There are six cylindrical sections of wood representing bombs.
The aim of the game is to juggle the bombs into position, filling the slots in the wings.
The reverse of the game is grey cardboard.
As with most of these vintage dexterity puzzles, they have become harder to complete due to the warping of the cardboard base.
One of a series of handheld dexterity puzzles in the collection produced in the United States during WWII.
