Mechanics Institute Lease. Parchments lease document for the building on Austral Tce showings rooms and sizes. Lease plan for the 99 year lese from the Katanning Road Board to Mechanics Institute. Undated however written material indicates that it happened in 1916 on the right hand side of the building is marked Dalgety's Building.
