ALADDIN LAMP SPARE PARTS X 3
An orange box with a spare lox-on mantle enclosed, made by Aladdin Industries. A blue/green box holding spare parts for repairing leaks, made by Mendets and a small round metal wick cleaner.
These Aladdin lamp spare parts were owned by the Beales family. The parts either came with one of the lamps collected from the parents of Bruce and Olga Beales or they purchased them when they owned the lamps. The items were kept at their home at Peet Road in Roleystone (c1920s-1956) and later at their Orchard in Seville Grove (1956-c1970s). The parts were later looked after by their daughter Janet Herne.
