'Lakeview', 34 Davies Road, Claremont

The nine storey brick and concrete building shows the stair and lift wells with access to individual units from balconies. Vehicle access, a sign [LAKEVIEW] partly obscured by telephone box beside post box.
There is a fence on southern boundary and the exit from a liquor store. A tall cotton palm grows beside the fence.
Lakeview was the original name of a high rise block of flats built at 34 Davies Road, Claremont. After refurbishment and sub division for sale on strata titles, the flats were renamed Saint Andrews Apartments.
