Overview

B/W prints. (a) Light brick building with clerestory windows, tiled roof and central entry. Several grass trees are retained in raised stone beds and there is a zamia at the front corner of the building. The sandy area in the foreground is still to be landscaped. A Council truck is partly obscured by a grass tree. (b) Looking north west across the completed swimming pool. Two men are standing at the rear of the building. In the background, from left to right, are the Swanbourne High School and the Drive-in Theatre screen above the lake. In the centre are the Golf Club building and houses in Lapsley Road with the lake behind them.
