Overview

Colour prints. (a) Gabled front room of house. Building rendered, with peeling tan paint, and corrugated iron roof with three chimneys and skylight. Adjoining carport with bullnosed iron roof. Security screens to lower half of two sash windows and barred iron gate to brick paved yard. (b) Closer view of front elevation showing low limestone wall topped by spiked bars. Glimpse of river through carport. (c ) Rear view of property through steel fencing. Aluminium boat on trailer on paving in front of boatshed. Extensive lawn sloping up to back of house. Heavy trees and shrubbery against fence to adjoining park and museum property.

Prints show house after considerable renovation and extension. Demolished later by Graeme Robertson.
