Glimpse of river through carport. (c ) Rear view of property through steel fencing. Aluminium boat on trailer on paving in front of boatshed. Extensive lawn sloping up to back of house. Heavy trees and shrubbery against fence to adjoining park and museum property.
Prints show house after considerable renovation and extension. Demolished later by Graeme Robertson.
