c. 1970Corner of Claremont MTT bus depot with 5 parked buses. Two large brick and iron houses and sign [LAKE CLAREMONT/ GOLF CENTRE] on south west corner of Lapsley Road. Small weatherboard and iron house on north east corner of Lapsley Road. Davies Road housing and street trees as far as the multi storey flats at 34 Davies Road. Mount Claremont in background.
Lakeview was the original name of the high rise flats in Davies Road. After refurbishment and sub division for sale on strata titles it was renamed Saint Andrews.
