He is wearing a dark tunic with large white broderie anglaise collar, buttoned front and belt, over matching shorts. There is a large white button just below and to the left of the belt buckle. His dark buttoned boots are worn with thick dark socks folded down at the knee.
Thought to be known locally as 'Teddy' Shaw.
