Overview

Jack and Rose in the front seat next to the driver of a 5 horse or possibly a pickaxe hitch team drawn by five grey horses, with another at the side. Mr Nunn is wearing a dark suit and light coloured hat. Mrs Nunn is wearing a fitted outfit with shirt, tie and large hat. There are three ladies standing and one sitting, all in dark outfits and large hats. One man standing in light coat and hat and two men standing at the rear in dark outfits and hats. The driver is in dark suit and tie and wearing a pith helmet. The vehicle is travelling west on a light surfaced road around the escarpment of Mount Eliza.

Historical information

Jack Nunn was the younger brother of former Town of Claremont Councillor George Nunn who lived on Victoria Avenue in Claremont.
