These white cotton mats are examples of fine cotton crochet. a) A floral centre surrounded by 12 bell or tulip motifs, 13 floral motifs, pine cones, and finally 25 floral motifs to the edge. b) Hexagonal centre of solid crochet surrounded by 12 daisy motifs, a solid band and 12 semicircles to the outer edge.
