Equipment installation into Connor's Mill by Graham Mills.
Graham appears to be sealing floor boards installed directly above the steam engine, which are supporting some of the new machinery being displayed on the first floor.

Historical information

A late Victorian-era working flour mill display was created in Connor's Mill in 1994 with milling equipment donated by Weston Milling after their Northam Mill had been modernised. The machines were moved, restored and installed by volunteer labour.
