Overview

A small hand cranked iron Enterprise #50 Grist Mill that has been mounted on a solid square plank of wood. The iron body of the machine has been painted black, at the top there is a funnel, in the middle front a spout and it has a square base. At the front of the body is a fly wheel that has been painted green and is attached to the circular central part of the body with a large bolt and wing nut which operates an internal screw mechanism. There is a small crank handle attached to the fly wheel. The operator would push the grain into the funnel at the top and turning the crank handle would force the grain through the screw mechanism, expelling the ground meal via the spout.
