PHOTOGRAPH: 117 HEYTESBURY ROAD, SUBIACO
The black and white photograph shows the front of this house which focuses on the workmanship of the verandah. The timber floored verandah has wooden turned posts and unusual brackets. The posts are grouped in threes on either side of the main entrance to the verandah. There is a gable with a finial on the tin verandah roof. The front door is painted white with glass inserts. A cane chair and small table and two planter boxes are placed on the verandah. The top section of the front picket fence, with a brick pillar, is visible at the foot of the photograph.
