27 Kershaw Street - Former home of Mr Hill, now owned by his son.
A brick and tile roof house. The verandah is supported by posts with contrasting white detail and connected by inlaid white sticks attached to a horizontal beam, and a metal fence of lattice pattern. The brackets are carved in white.
There is a gable at the front and another at the side. Under each is a window shaded by a tiled awning.
There is a decorative front timber fence, painted white with a double cyclone fence opening to the driveway on the left. There is a variety of shrubs in the front garden and down the driveway.
